uninstalled app still showing windows 10

It came up the way, say, a search for 'PC settings' comes up. What do you think? Just reinstall the software and try Revo to remove it? I'm wondering if it is registry or something in those infamous appdata folders. I would think if it was actually picking up a file in the file system, this context menu would be there, no? Which would be fine-normally you can right-click and open in file locaiton-this isn't an option as 'right click' does nothing. I think this is an issue of Windows Search 'hanging on' to a reference that is no longer there. I suppose I could reinstall it and use iOBit or Revo to uninstall it? does it do any good AFTER the fact? I've searched for a utility that will generally search for 'phantom' or leftover files, but it always points to uninstallers-which presume you have the program installed in the first place.

I thought Revo was just an ininstaller (I have iOBit). There's no HP folder or anything that looks like coolsense-I've been removing other HP bloatware and yes I had to remove resitual folders there already. The Program Files (and the x86 variant) was the first place I looked. In fact when I click the item in search, it is missing.
